Personal Assistance

If you need assistance from time to time, but do not require the full assistance as set out in Levels 1 and 2, we will discuss rates with you appropriate to your individual situation.

Activation of Level 1
This is a one-time set-up fee (limited management of affairs) $500**

Activation of Level 2
This is a one-time fee (complete management of affairs) $2,500**

Care and Management Fees
This service is billed monthly. Our rates for ongoing support are the same as those charged by the BC Public Guardian and Trustee. That schedule changes from time to time. These are the current rates:

0.4% of assets held on an annual basis, and
5.0% of annual income (minimum $150 per month), and
3.0% for the sale of real estate

**Fees noted above do not include disbursements, fees for outside service providers or GST.
